Why are my albums still "pending" it's been weeks!!!!  is it the same for everyone????

    Spam Yes, mine it’s still in the preparing shipment stage. I haven’t received any email/updates as to when it will be ship/deliver yet.

    Spam mine still says pending as well.
    i got my ateez albums months ago but it still says "in transit"
    my wayv albums are here too but they still say "preparing for shipment"

    Spam same here... they responded but with no assurance as to when they will shipped our orders. they used the COVID-19 as scapegoat... hoping this site is not a scam!!!
