Title Join video call, ASTRO dispatch

When does they get dispatched? I bought them on the day of and they say “before shipment” “pending” for like the past 4~5week. I know international shipping takes awhile but, is it to this point?? I’ll get my other albums from other sites faster(even though I got them after here), and it doesn’t really make sense. Can someone tell me why is it taking this long?
